Our At-Home Heart Health & Cholesterol Test helps you understand your true cardiovascular risk — going beyond a standard cholesterol check with 9 markers, including advanced ones often missed by routine testing.
-Measures 9 markers from a single sample
-Simple finger prick collection you do at home
Please note: TY@H mail-in kits cannot be shipped to New York. Users must be 18 or older.
We measure 9 markers across your standard lipid profile and advanced cardiovascular markers. Your results show where each one stands.
STANDARD LIPID PROFILE
TOTAL CHOLESTEROL — A key overall indicator of cardiovascular health, giving an overview of all the cholesterol types in your blood.
LDL — Often called "bad" cholesterol, since higher levels are linked to plaque building up in your arteries.
HDL — The "good" cholesterol that helps clear LDL from your bloodstream, so higher levels generally point to better heart health.
TRIGLYCERIDES — A type of fat that circulates in your blood, influenced by diet, weight, and metabolic health.
HbA1c — Reflects your average blood sugar over the past 2–3 months, and chronically raised blood sugar is closely linked to cardiovascular risk.
ADVANCED CARDIOVASCULAR MARKERS
ApoA (Apolipoprotein A) — The main protein in HDL cholesterol, which can be a more precise read on cardiovascular protection than HDL alone.
ApoB (Apolipoprotein B) — The main protein carried by LDL and other harmful lipoproteins, considered by many cardiologists a more accurate measure of risk than LDL alone.
Lp(a) — Lipoprotein(a), a genetically determined particle that raises cardiovascular risk on its own, independent of standard cholesterol, and is often missed by routine testing.
hsCRP (High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) — A sensitive marker of inflammation, which is an independent driver of cardiovascular disease even when cholesterol looks normal.
