January: A Time to Focus on Healthy Weight
Each January, awareness campaigns shine a spotlight on the importance of maintaining a healthy body weight. What often called “Healthy Weight Awareness Month” encourages people across the U.S. to reflect on their lifestyle habits — from eating and activity to sleep, stress, and long-term wellness.
Additionally, the third week of January is often celebrated as Healthy Weight Week — a focused opportunity to renew commitment to healthy habits, learn about nutrition, get active, and build community support around wellness.
