If your organization qualifies for tax-exempt status, please submit your tax exemption certificate(s) through our Avalara CertExpress portal. Using CertExpress ensures your certificate is securely received and processed efficiently.
Certificates submitted during business hours (M–F) are typically processed within an hour. You will receive an email notification once your account has been updated to tax-exempt. New customers who are charged sales tax will receive a refund once your account is created and coded exempt.
