How do I return something to CLIAwaived.com?
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You may return any item shipped by CLIAwaived.com for a full refund for the cost of item (excludes freight),
keeping the following in mind:
Item was shipped in error.
Item is returned to us in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
Item is defective and/or malfunctioning and our manufacturing supplier has agreed to replace item.
*Please note if you have purchased a medical device that was designated "For Professional Use Only" and "Not for Home Use" and you are using a product
for personal use NO REFUND WILL BE HONORED. All manufacturing warranties will automatically expire.
You should return the item to us within 7 days of receipt with a copy of your original invoice. We'll also provide a refund of all
shipping charges including free return shipping if your return item is a result of our error. In other cases, a 20%
restock fee and return postage fee will apply. In addition, the original shipping charges will apply and cannot be refunded.
